Approach St Austell and make for the A390.
At a double roundabout, with McDonalds on one side and a Texaco Garage on the other, take the B3273 to Mevagissey. Follow the road for approx. four miles, passing through London Apprentice, until you see the Mill Garage (Texaco station) on your left hand side.......Continue forward up the hill, with the sea on your left hand side. At the crossroads on top of the hill carry straightforward and down into the village. Continue forward until you have to turn left just after a big carpark on the left hand side. After about 200 yds turn right at the T Junction. This road is narrow and one way.....continue forward for about 300 yards, you will then have the memorial on your right and the post office on your left. Carry straight forward, this section of the road is two way traffic. At Lloyds Bank turn right up Tregony Hill, we are just about 100 yards on the right. You are able to unload your luggage directly outside the premises.
Mevagissey was built for horse and cart rather than the motor car, but convenient, safe, overnight parking is available just 2 minutes away by foot. Charges are quite reasonable, about three pound per night, depending on exact arrival time. Longer stay visitors can obtain a season ticket for their stay to come and go as they please. Charges vary for this facility from between four to five pound per day..... An excellent trusting rapport has been established with Sunny Corner Car Park and guests can pay for the service at any time during their stay. Crime is extremely rare in the village, so guests need not be concerned about the safety of their vehicle....
The full cost of parking will be reimbursed for all guests staying for a week or longer......
